On your first visit you will be asked to complete a client information form and receive a postural assessment, so a tailored programme with exercises modified to suit your individual needs can be created.
Your weekly sessions will utilise the Balanced Body Allegro Reformer and small equipment such as the swiss ball, arc barrel and foam roller.
Lessons last for one hour.
I had one to one Pilates sessions With Angela for a number of months, only ending the sessions because I am now travelling round the world. I found Angela to be a great instructor because of her in-depth knowledge of Pilates, variety incorporated into the classes, and she was very friendly and patient. The classes were also tailored for any specific aches or pains I had that week so were therefore very flexible. I also experienced lessons on the Pilates Reformer which was great and I could really feel results. I would recommend Angela to anyone looking for a proficient, friendly and enthusiastic instructor.
